Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 48 hours.
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact service@casiristech.com.

Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.

Shipping areas
CASIRIS orders are shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, German, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. For projectors & accessories, we will directly ship the items from our US, EU&other local warehouses. If you are in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen and please note the shipping cost may vary.

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact CASIRIS Support within 7 business days at service@casiristech.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
